Atlanta Resources And Access

Atlanta Legal Aid organizes intake around its service counties, including Fulton, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, and Gwinnett. Its work includes public benefits and other civil legal problems. Use the current contact page to identify the appropriate intake route and explain whether your issue concerns Social Security, SSI, health coverage, or another program. Eligibility and case acceptance require screening. The organization's service boundaries should not be treated as the boundaries of an SSA office or hearing assignment.

Organize Local Care And Contacts

In the Atlanta area, give an intake worker your residential county as well as your mailing address, since a city name alone may not identify the appropriate local program.
